Can\'t join the servers!

Whenever I try to join servers in BF4 I always got kicked by the admin and sometimes I join the server and after sometimes I got kicked too why that while my connection is good and I\'m not using any hacks or cheating in game to be kicked like that please inform me what to do my in game name \"Infgaw\" and thanks.
