about a troll and racist

hi, to all admins: please dont quit the permanent ban on [QVA]canito_uci, canito_uci, rudolf_nureyev, etc, he is extremelly racist, he have aimbot, no recoil, high hp tank hack and more hacks, 3rd floor, he wa spotted using mortar 2 times on rush, and a lot of base rape, kiwach admin already knows it and i send to him all the proofs and pictures in discord, that uci guy is very racist, and troll, i remember some time ago he said he knows ip change, mac adress change, HID name change, he said he will always trolls me and insult me even if he gets banned he will change ip etc to play and troll with base rape etc and insult me forever, unfortunatelly i dont recorded that cause was long time ago and i didnt had fraps to record, he have multiaccounts, the zlo ban he have is not enought cause i saw him playing yesterday with another new account, that guy will never change, was intimidating me a lot, he hates peruvians hard, you can talk with admin kiwach about this guy, he saw all the evidence, i think canito is trying to get unbanned, he will never change i know him, his permanent ban is fair, dont quit it :s
