Just received a auto ban

Hi Admins,

I just received a Permeant ban for HSK using a LMG.  I was bipoded in Metro BF3 server on B right side shooting intermittently and getting headshots and getting constant kills which resulted in this ban.  

I have never used any sort of cheats / hacks and have been playing since 2011 and even earlier with BF2 BC2. 

I have been playing regularly on the server for about a year and never had this happened, but i understand that this would and should happen to stop cheaters.  Please check my stats out and see that I do not cheat and this was just unfortunate that i had the perfect position to get these kills.
