Hi i get ban for kill one player by M320 but i thought it was max 10 kill by explosive ?

Could i have answer to my ban appeal thanks.
If i had cheated or i would have made  racist or offensive remarks the permanent ban would be justified, but a bad interpretation of a rule i find that it is hard sanctions
